New Service - Performance Sessions

Over the years we have had some great results getting our clients back to full function or back onto the field of play in a very short period of time using a range of different techniques. With a lot of people asking us about what we do and wanting to book in to see us about any injuries, pain, tightness, or increases in strength and speed, we have decided to offer it as it's own service.

Here is a good example from this morning with an increase in range of motion and decrease in pain.
