Everyone has been working hard in the gym and on the mats, so we are excited to see how everyone performs come comp day.
Nutrition has been pretty consistent so everyone was at weight quite comfortably. Being on the day weigh in, there isn't any need for weight cuts other than tightening up the diet a little more a few weeks heading into the comp to drop a kilo or 2 of body fat.
