Another Premiership and Man of the Match

Congratulations to Riley Ayres and his Oaks Tigers teammates on their grand final victory over the weekend.
Riley also got Man of the Match in what was a very solid performance.
This one made me really happy. Riley started this season kind of in between clubs and had to fight his way into a starting spot. Each week his game kept on improving and he was fortunate enough to cap it off with a Man of the Match performance on the day that counts most. It is one of those examples of it doesn't matter where you start, it is where you end up. Now, Riley knows he has a lot of hard work ahead of him, but this was a good little bit of confidence and motivation, showing that all the hard work he has put in over the past year has been worth it. At times, you may doubt whether the sacrifices are worth it, but these little moments help you stay focused and rip in more.
I look forward to working hard with Riley again and seeing how much he can improve his game.
