Nutrition - Don't Be An Idiot

This caption pretty much explains itself. Too many times people try to over complicate things, like diet and weight loss. If you are overweight you need to move more and eat less. You know that devouring an entire block of chocolate and a big bowl of ice cream each day is not going to help you lose weight. Sitting down all day and not moving isn’t going to help you lose weight. Doing what you’ve always done is not going to help you lose weight. Make some smart decisions and you will be well on your way to where you want to be.
