Choc Banana Bread
This recipe is so quick and easy that it's basically fool proof!
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 ripe bananas
½ cup coconut flour
¼ cup organic honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
50g dark chocolate, smashed
Here’s what you’ll do:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tin with baking paper or a little bit of coconut oil.
Peel bananas and mash them in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and add them to the mashed bananas.
Heat coconut oil and honey in a pot to combine then add mixture to bananas.
Add in coconut flour and dark chocolate and whisk to combine.
Bake in the over for 45 minutes or until cooked.
Serve it with just about anything you like - coconut ice cream, organic butter, berries or some extra melted chocolate.
