No more 'group class' or 'group PT' - this is the ultimate session regardless of your training goal. We use sleds, tire flips, farmers carries, rope pulls and plenty other exercises that make Strongman training effective for building muscle and strength for better performance on the field or in the gym.
If you're not an athlete and just want to lose fat, build muscle, increase endurance or make daily activities easier, then Modified Strongman is for you.
The intensity of the exercise we use have rapid effects on bdy composition - you'll be looking leaner and feeling stronger. You don't have to be a member or be a client of ours to be part of our Modified Strongman sessions - you can pay as you go or purchase a set amount of session upfront and receive a discount.
