Toby Deadlift Update

Just a few days ago I shared an article about Toby progressing well with the 5,4,3,2,1 method and showed him deadlifting 180kg for a single. This post is an update from that as he was able to hit 200kg for single just a couple of days later and set himself a new PB. It would have been good to see where he would get to by the end of this phase but in the big scheme of things, it doesn't really matter. He has a new PB and is off for an adventure.

He leaves for his trip overseas today so we just want to wish him safe travels and hope he enjoys himself.
