CRUSTLESS QUICHE 🥧
4 eggs

 1 cup coconut milk

 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes

 1 brown onion, chopped

 200g bacon, diced
Â
 1 cup spring onions, chopped
Â
 Fresh bunch of basil, chopped
Â
 3 cloves garlic, minced

 Pink salt
Â
 Pepper
Â
 Coconut oil
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and coat a baking tin with coconut oil.
Â
Whisk the eggs and the coconut milk together in a large bowl until little bubbles form.
Â
Add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Â
Pour mixture into the tin and place in the over for 45 minutes.
This dish is great hot and even better cold - use it as a grab and go for days when you’re on the move!
