Our industry is full of programs that guarantee 'rapid weight loss in 3 days' and 'train like me for a day and look like a bodybuilder'. It makes it difficult to decipher through all the information to find out what type of program is going to work for you. Truth is, there is no 'one size fits all' program - the only program that works is the one that works for you.
Each option we have is specific to what you need at that time, not what some fitness guru says works for them so you should do it too.
