Thanks to the Macarthur Chronicle for doing a back page write up about my win at the Jiu-Jitsu Pan Pacs comp a few weeks ago held in Melbourne.
I thought my days of getting the odd run in the local rag were over once I had to retire from footy but thanks to Kyle Fish, Professor Bruno Alves, Aaron Smith, Igor Almeida and the rest of the team at SJJA I have been able to compete again.
