Ron Massey Cup Rep Team

THP Rugby League Ron Massey Cup Rep Team Brendan Waters Total Health Performance Camden

I would just like to congratulate my younger brother and THP athlete Brendan Waters on his selection in the Ron Massey Cup Rep team that will take on Queensland on the Gold Coast. It is a great reward for all of the hard work he puts into his game. Being a bit older than most players in our competition and having already won grand finals, playing in representative teams, and winning player of the year awards, it could be easy for him to just take it easy and run of his past accomplishments but he isn't about that. We have been brought up to be the best we can be so I am really happy he is doing this and continuing to improve his game each year.

He has played in many of these games and has had great success, winning everyone of them.

I would also like to congratulate his teammate Jerry Key on his selection in the team. Jerry came across to the Magpies about 1 month ago and has been a great asset to the team. He is a good leader, he works hard, and he is a champion bloke.

These two actually met playing in one of these rep teams a few years ago so it is good to see them get the chance to play in it again with one another. The bond that is created between players in such a short amount of time in these types of rep teams is one of my favourite things about them. You don't have to know someone for a long time to respect them, you just have to see that they are giving 100% and if you are doing the same for them, it is something you never forget.

I wish the boys all the best and know they will rip in.
