Paused Back Squat THP Development

This is a great effort from Hans who has only been training with us for about 10 weeks or so now. He is a strong kid but had many issues. He had constant back pain when training and playing. He can now squat and deadlift pain free. I have been holding him back in the gym focusing on correcting his weaknesses so that he can progress further long term. 

 

I look forward to seeing how far Hans and the rest of the boys will progress over the coming months. They are all committed and are all working hard. They can do many things with ease now that they could not do at all when they begun with us.
