ONLINE COACHING

Always wanted to train with us but can’t quite find the time? We have developed our online one on one coaching to remove that barrier for you.

The long and short of it is that you will receive the exact same service that our face to face clients receive, just without the physical contact.

This system will require a little but more internal motivation and drive, so if you are feeling like you may need some more support then we would encourage you to use our one on one coaching in house.

If you have the drive and determination to succeed, then we will give you the tools to do just that.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

ASSESSMENT AND PLANNING

Before we begin any form of training or diet you will be taken through an in-depth assessment covering a range of areas that need to be addressed in order to succeed. We will ask you to fill out and answer a series of questions related to your diet, training history, lifestyle, health and medical history. Your honesty in your answers will determine how successful we will be when creating your unique program.

To track your progress we will use the information you relay back to us each week along with progress photos and girth measurements. We will provide you with all of the information you need in order to do this. Your privacy is important to us and we can ensure that your personal information will be stored securely. 

Where possible, we will request that you get a blood test or provide us with a copy of your most recent blood work.

CUSTOMISED NUTRITION PROGRAM

What you consume each day will have a huge impact on your results. We aim to tailor you diet to fit your current lifestyle, however, there will be some sacrifices you will be required to make.

 

By employing us as your coach, you are entrusting us to create your unique plan – we expect you to follow it. You may be required to communicate with your coach on a daily or weekly basis to ensure that you are on your way to achieving your goals.

 

We pride ourselves on being able to give you the tools you need to reach your goals and to have access to as much education you need to sustain your results as long as you need to.

 

 

You may be required to have access to MyFitness Pal in order to track and measure your daily intake. We will provide you with all of the education you need in order to set up this program and how to get the most out of it.

We will set you your weekly goals and provide you with a database of recipes and nutrition tips to assist you.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAM AND COACHING

Just like your nutrition plan, your training program will be tailored to meet your needs.

Being coached by one of our coaches makes a big difference compared to when you are just coaching yourself. Every set, rep, and tempo is counted, every rest period is timed, and each rep is perfected.

 

You will be pushed to your limit and we expect you to respond with intensity. Our coaching methods are designed to get the best out of each session and our results speak for themselves. 

Your training program will also include additional movement preparation for you to complete prior to your training session and on recovery days. These are movements that are going to set you up for success during your training session.You can take these movements and apply them to your life long after your time with us has concluded.

Your programs will be delivered to you right before you are due for a new one. You will have access to a database of instructional videos and information that will further assist you in achieving your goals.

Each week you will required to send through your weekly training program to your coach. This enables us to keep track of your progress and make immediate changes should they be needed.

SUPPLEMENTATION GUIDANCE

Supplements are used to supplement your diet – hence the name, supplement. We understand that these can assist you in many ways and we will give you as much education as we can to empower you to make the right choice for you. 

LIFESTYLE

Where we differ from other programs is that we focus on the finest of details. Have you every though about what deodorant you are using and how that could impact your health? What about they make up you put on every day? The soap you use?

While these products may not necessarily directly affect your results, they can have a huge impact on your health. Regardless of your goal, health must always be number one.
